Investment commitment/Venture Capital Group.

Each person who becomes a member will commit to invest a minimum of $500 per year for the next 10 years.  We will review investment options after 3 years at the $500 level. Each $500 will buy one unit of ownership in the for-profit Venture Capital Group that will be known as Ghana Global Development Group.  It means that all persons in the membership group will ultimately become investors in the Venture Capital Group.  There’s no limit to the number of units or investment that a member/investor can buy or bring in. The more units a member/investor has, the more control and more dividend sharing percentage that the member will have in the company.  Note also that the $5,000 commitment for ten years can be paid upfront to secure higher returns on your investment. Note also that there is no limit in how much you can invest in the venture capital group. Bring $1 M plus and that’s acceptable. By bringing the investment entry that low ($500 per year), we want to encourage as many members as possible to participate in the Venture.

To become a member please create a user name and password. You will be directed to fill out an online application and pay your 2017 initial membership due.  From that time onwards only members in good standing will have access to the full details of the program.  Members will see the projects in detail including the new and modern city that the Venture funds will build as part of the offering.
