- The commercial venture capital group will engage in the following initiatives:
- Banking: Build a modern bank with banking centers in each region and district offices, all featuring a uniform style.
- Conference Center and Hotels: Construct a modern conference center connected to three or four major hotels in the heart of the new city.
- Recreational Facilities: Develop a recreational and amusement facility in the new city.
- Professional Soccer Team: Form and build a professional soccer team, along with a suitable stadium and training grounds, with the aim of winning trophies in Ghana, Africa, and the world.
- Concert and Event Venue: Create a modern indoor theater/facility for concerts and events in the new city.
- Data Center: Establish a modern data center in the new city.
- First-Class Airport: Build a modern, first-class airport in the new city.
- High-Speed Railway: Develop a high-speed railway line linking the new city with either Accra, Kumasi, or another major nearby city.
- International Airline: Invest in a modern international airline to compete with major airlines in the industry.
- Shipping Line: Invest in an international shipping line.
- Venture Capital Funds: Provide venture capital funds to invest in or acquire existing Ghanaian-owned enterprises.
- Telecommunications: Establish cable, telecommunications, internet, and security companies.
- Real Estate Development: Launch a real estate development company focused on high-rise building construction.
